The Walwat is a large camp-styled setting on a hilltop and is completely surrounded by forest and ocean views. The Walwat is fully equipped for cooking and liming and has a generous covered area for tying of hammocks - especially if overnighting. And ample room for pitching tents. Luxuries include a clean, functioning toilet and shower all served from natural rain water collected from the large roof of the camp. There is a beautiful, cozy beach just 5 minutes away that always has shady areas due to the trees that line the beach – this beach is a must.The Walwat does not offer lighting so be sure to bring your lanterns and torchlights and enjoy the thousands of stars that come out to play at night. There is usually a beautiful seabreeze blowing which lulls you to sleep when the sun goes down. At the end of your stay it is very difficult to leave and get back to normal life – the Walwat stays with you.
